I just used some cheap jute twine found in the tools + hardware section at Walmart, and the mini clothespins are also from Walmart, in the office supplies section. To get the strings even I tied a little knot on the end of each piece that was exactly the same distance apart. Then I hammered in some small nails that were just slightly (like maybe an inch) closer than the knots on the string were, and worked the head of the nail through the twine so the knots rested on the outer sides of the nails to keep it in place. Does that make any sense? Haha. :) The bows on the end are just tied with excess string on the other side of the knots. I have a similar setup in Eli's room with some ABC flash cards and it looks good without bows too! <br /><br />P.S. You are the sweetest! You really need to move to AZ so we can be real-life buddies. Just saying. ;)Mikaela Dhttp://brightlybeautifulblog.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3164163737507969198.post-12696693022355004152015-07-15T12:50:42.473-07:002015-07-15T12:50:42.473-07:00Looks so great! What type of sting, clips and mounting did you use... it looks so sturdy and symmetrical. Thanks!!Lisa Moorenoreply@blogger.com
